When you say " Latin " do you mean Latin by blood, or Native American woman that live in Latin America? Latin was a city in Rome, Italy, so the people there were generally caucasions, but because the majority of people in countries like Mexico, Peru and Colombia are labelled" Latin " there is a high degree of confusion with Americans such as yourself to the meaning of the work itself. You are probably refering to native Lain Americans, but they are not Latin because they are not from europe.
