For the record, this song was written by Eric Carmen and Wally Bryson. Wally wrote the lyrics and assisted Eric was some of the music. Both are singing the harmonies together. This was Raspberries' first released single and still enjoys respect and airplay in Brazil and Holland, among other countries. With all due respect to Eric, Wally deserves credit for this beautiful recording as well.
