  • Smashing Pumpkins "Machina / The Machines Of God" was too far ahead of it's time, the world wasn't ready for a concept album that told a story. The Gorillas are now doing the same thing Smashing Pumpkins did ten-years-ago and it's being considered brilliant. Had Smashing Pumpkins "Machina / The Machines Of God" been released in 2010 it would be considered brilliant and songs like I Of The Mourning, The Everlasting Gaze, Stand Inside Your Love, and Heavy Metal Machines would be huge hits.
