On any video, when you hit the lil' fullscreen icon, there's a triangle-with-dots icon on the left, and that will take you to the crazy bubble thing.

the one thing that bugs me about the "new" youtube is how it will only show how far you are in the vid (time/number wise) and not say the total length of the vid. i know it's been like that for a while though...i think on partners channels. however i do like the comment voting feature.
