  • @bassmaster912 There is, and that someone, is called Gould, Glenn Gould. He had to humble the melody while he played. The man was quite a strange genious, but aren't they all?

  • @EllyMcCormack glenn gould was known for his humming as he played the piano. some find it annoying others love it. regardless, he remains one of the best interprets of bach's music to this day.

  • XXXJDfanXXX, Dudley Moore had a nice album out back in the early nineties, entitled, "Songs without words". It featured Kenny G on some songs. Very nice as well. I like the song from it called "Six weeks".

  • does anyone know of any other classical music similar to this. i really like this piece mostly because of its gentle and realtively simplistic nature although i can find normal classical music a bit full on? does anyone know any other pieces i might like ? thanks

  • Hi! Have you heard 'venetian boat song' by Mendelssohn? I think it's beautiful and it reminds me of this piece a bit, -cheers.

    I actually lay in the snow yesterday, in the woods near my house and looked up at the trees and watching the snow flakes fall listening to this piece on ipod yesterday. It fit the mood perfectly.
