This case should have been broadcast 24/7 or until the murdering pirates/rogue cops, were tried & sentenced. Civilians have more to fear from their own government & police, then terrorism. I used to not believe cases like this, I do now. There has been too many cases just like this. Now I smile when a member of law enforcement is killed. Oakland was great, 4 dead officers Pittsburg was even better. Buy guns people, be ready to fight illegal police action with deadly force. We are at that point and it will only get worse. I know a guy with several cases of armor piercing rounds. I thought he was a nut, know I know why. They will cut through a bullet proof vest like butter. Sad ? NO

I saw these new boron carbide armor vets on Modern Marvels on History Channel. This armor makes bullets useless. The narration mentioned that only the legs and the arms were vulnerable. The SWAT team had some heavy duty head gear on as well. In Iraq US soldiers are more likely to be blown up by improvised explosives than to be shot by guns. They use armor in Iraq as well. It is difficult to get armor piercing rounds if you are a "civilian".

Yes, I agree that there is so little attention about asset forfeiture. I think that if more people knew about asset forfeiture, they would be outraged to learn that it could happen to them so very easily as well. The sad fact about asset forfeiture is that most cases are civil and not criminal.

My heart goes out to this poor woman. It's reasons like this why I have always been cautious when owning any realestate. I have surmised that you may have your name on the deed, but, you never really own it even after you pay off the bank loan because of all the various property taxes that you have to pay each year just to keep it. This tells me that you can only have freedom in our country if you keep paying for it. And they say that the organized crime syndicates were corrupt???????
