One turn is 1/100 of a kwh. Looks to be about 10 turns in 10 seconds. 3600 turns per hour. 36,000 kw I'd like to see your christmas lights, OMFG! If I turned on EVERYTHING in my house I couldn't spin the meter this fast. My air conditioner would spin it a 1/10 this speed. At national average electric rates you are using about $4/hour spinning the meter that fast.

The reason for this is you have over 20,000 lights on, it spins faster when the amount of energy you are using increases
