Will Tuttle is the authors name. That's the first book I read after I went vegan. I enjoyed it for the most part. I like your videos, man. I hope to do some traveling in southest Asia at some point.
p.s. Are you not eating greens because you want to go fruitarian or because of the vegetable sanitation there? I ask for future reference for myself.
