No, the very first vocaloid TM was Hatsune Miku. Your talking about Sweet Anne, the American voice system. Sweet Anne was not considered a vocaloid, nor was it put into the vocaloid brand, it was merely an audio-voice synthesizer, but Crypton media never accepted the system as a vocaloid. That is why Miku is also called the #1 vocaloid, because Miku was technically the first one to be made.

Actually Kaito and Meiko were created before Miku but they didnt turn out so well as Kaito sold around 1000 units. They were the originals which explains why Miku is a VOCALOID2 and Kaito and Meiko are VOCALOID1
