Yeah, Ms. Solis is such an admirable person! I worked at DOL for 8 years - 4 under Bush appointed Secretary Chao, and my Office (Workers' Compensation for Injured Federal Employees) went from bad to worse - a total numbers game - very adversarial- when we were supposed to be impartial. I hope Ms. Solis cleans up OWCP, from DC down to the Regional and District levels, and throws out all the Individuals who advocated and enforced adversarial adjudication procedures.
