Everyonce in awhile a non-U.S. series catches my attention enough to make me come back for more. The Da Vinci series was one of them. Nick Campbell is one non-chalant actor who captured my attention the series has left me hanging for closure. I am chomping at the bit wanting to see the quality of life. When, where, how can I see this movie.
I watched the first two episodes on Hulu and I am hooked. As a fan of Law and Order, I have to say I enjoy the gritty reality of this show even more, esp with the way Vancouver does play as a character throughout each episode. I agree that a show like this does not exist in the US which is too caught up in glamorising crime shows (i.e., CSI/NCIS trying to hard to look beautiful and snappy instead of focusing on story so that the story maintains attention)
I recently found DaVinci on hulu and have to wonder WHY it was never broadcast in the States because it is terrific --or maybe that is why. US crime /cop /legal shows are lame in comparison.
Many thanks indeed for sharing this superb video! I'm a huge fan of the show and this was very insightful! Videos like this make Youtube a richer place...
Who cancelled the show - who is responsible and how can Vancouverites ever watch anything like it again. I am soooo disappointed it's over and I really don't like the new Conservative attitude that has buried the dead even deeper here in Metro Van. Lordie do I miss the show too!
Da Vinci's Inquest was showing reruns on my cable channel recently and I really enjoy how it is presented. It is so different from other similar shows. It started showing the ones of Dominic as the mayor, but then went back showing the older ones when he was a coroner. I like Da Vinci much better as a coroner and how he does that job.

So Venus Terzo was the girl who voiced Princess Lana in Captain N? She's hot.

I have a friend of mine who looks just like Nicholas Campbell, it's unbelievable, except my friend is a musician and from Tennesse.
