I 100% agree with darnold... it is very important and a necessity to be completely submerged... baptism symbolizes the death, burial, and resurrection of our lord and savior jesus christ... why would we be instructed to be baptized if we are not completely submerging our sins beneath the water?

you are completely missing the point! our baptism does NOT save us.. "For it is by GRACE that you have been saved through faith..and this is NOT OF YOURSELVES but is the GIFT of God..NOT BY WORKS so that nobody can boast" (Eph. 2:8) .. baptism is important if we are to be obedient to what God commands of us, but to say that because this man accidently didn't have his feet in the water, his baptism is not valid? that's ridiculous and not the God that I know and serve.

Correction! YOU must be born of water and spirit! Or your not going to make heaven your home! JH 3:5. THE BLOOD in in the name of Jesus! THE GRACE has a application Acts 2:38. = 4:12. Hebrew the 6th chapter. You must apply the death burial and resurrection to ones life or your not saved.
