I was captivated by Fr. Simon's explanation that, in essence, the Holy Spirit is God's Breath. As well as why the Holy Spirit, the Paraclete, just whispers to us about what we should say. Fr. Simon asks when and where do you hear God breathing? Take note that you're in pretty big trouble if you can not hear God breathing. And, I liked the way Fr. Simon seriously suggest that Catholics say: "In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Breath" every time they cross themselves.
