When my baby cousin comes over all the windows have a child lock and a baby gate around every window and he never leaves an arms lengths at all times he never goes outside without me or my mom being at his heels all the doors are child locked and the pool has a child proof screen over it and the gate to out side has a pad lock and the whole house has nanny cams

That's why u put child locks up on every window, put a baby gate up or something that keeps the baby away from the window this could of ben easily prevented!

He passed 7 months before I was born.. This story is just horrible, sad. Cant imagine what Lori & Eric went thru.
