Can any of you believe that I grew up on the same street as Chris Young. Him and my older brothers used to fight like cat and dog. This guy's been doing stunts on bikes long before BMX's were in England and I remember one of his first bikes. A little silver kiddies bike with tiny wheels and he could wheelie it for miles.

that bike probably weighed 22-23 lbs. This aint fake either son. I use to do this all the time back in the day. That's what ya' did. You jumped over cars,all the time. It was normal. You kids these days roll around on your front wheel and call it freestyle. Go buy a unicycle. If your old school,well then that means you jump over cars with a ramp made outa skids and you land flat ground. You bottom out and snap your forks. bust your face up and shit. Old school son. 8==D

I was in the crowd on this occasion.

Chris did this jump at Norman Park Bromley.

I remember feeling concerned about the wind,it really was very windy so timing was very important,what a brilliant allrounder Chris was!

Chris was a great allround rider. Race, Freestyle, Ramps...he could do it all and maybe still can :) 48ft And they say Oldschool bikes cant take it.. ;)
