I didn't think it was as good as "The Dummy" but it wasn't for me quite as bad as what others made it to be. I thought the ending was pretty effective and the little girl in this was fantastic and partially brought to mind Patty McCormack in "The Bad Seed". It's a shame perhaps that they couldn't have found another Dummy to be Caesar although It's a minor gripe. A average episode, not terrible but no classic either.

I've always felt that Caesar the Dummy was actually something along the lines of a demon inhabiting the dummys form. Not a ghost or anything, but an actual demon.
