He tells them right off, if they can't handle working for him, they can NEVER handle their own place. And also, take note that when he has his Chef's expedite, he doesn't yell at them at all unless they try to send out nasty or undercooked/overcooked food. His place is FIVE STAR. He can't afford for them to NOT do exactly what he says, when he says it.

He is one of the best Chef's in the world, and his pallet is undeniable. He does NOT act like this on Kitchen Nightmares (unless someone is breaking health codes or something), and he does NOT act like this on Master Chef, or any other cooking show I've seen him on. This is how 99% of world- renowned Chefs will treat you while you are in the kitchen and working under them. You are their dog. You do what they want, when they want it, and if you can't do it right, you get screamed at.
