I think pledgers are unconstitutional.

No governing official should be able to vote for or against a bill, he or she hasn't read nor understands.

I think all legislation should be feed into a super computer which could then generate a unique exam testing the politicians knowledge of the bill, and only those who score higher than 70% should be allowed to vote.
