  • I absolutely love birds of all types. I am most partial to cockatiels since I have had 4. Two died this year, but I still have my precious Sam and Joker.

    RIP Nikki and Fritz.

  • I like you and I don't even know you. what a great person!

  • I've heard about H.S. Annie; please be careful. But I know what you mean about birds being your life; me too!! This is a beautiful video, as are all of yours. Thanks for letting me know you posted them; I've really been tied up with mom.

  • This is a beautiful video AnnieBirdie.

5 Stars again! God bless and follow your dream.

Hope you have a great holiday coming up.

  • Thankyou so much Catherine xxx

  • Wow this is a nice video of all the little birds that you have rescued, I know it's hard to keep going with your hidden allergy but you keep going and I'm inspired by that alot. :)

  • Hi Ann! I love this slideshow and ive watched just about all you vids! Im sorry to hear you have that disease (earlier comment) but at least you can handle other birds. Hope your birdkeeping goes well from here on out! (and i hope it really went well in the past!)

  • What a very lovely video! Thank you for rescuing these birds! This is a wonderful mission that you do, and I hope others are encouraged to do the same thing.

PLEASE, EVERYONE OUT THERE THAT WANTS A BIRD, RESCUE, DON'T BUY FROM A PET STORE OR BREEDER UNTIL THERE ARE NO MORE BIRDS THAT NEED HOMES FROM ABUSE AND NEGLECT.

  • Hey Ann, its Lin's daughter,Nikki. i cant beleive i found this i was only telling my friend this week about Tea Pot. I loved your poem you did for Ollie it was beautiful, i still miss the little pitbull parrot. xx

  • Hiiiiii Nikki!!!!! How lovely to see you here! I lost little Teapot earlier this year, and like you with Ollie I still miss the rude little bugger. Im so glad you liked Ollies poem, I know it meant a lot to your mum. I remember the first time I met the little pitbull, he had his head stuck and I rushed to your mums to free him! He thasnked me by giving me a darned good bite then let me tickle his neck, lol!

  • AnnieBirdy!! wow what an amazing montage you put together! you are truely an inspiration! heaven sent to help these feathered angels! I too want to help these beauties, my mission now is to go to school to educate myself on how to handle them in sickness, to learn about he different diseases etc.. what i really want to do is open up my own aviary for wild or domestic birds! to help them like you have! God Bless you in everything you do!

  • Shandav, I wish you all the luck in the world in your venture! There can never be too many rescuers and guardians of these earth angels. Please keep in touch and let me know how things progress! May God bless you also, and all those who fly into, or through your world.

    Anniebirdy xx

  • Glad to hear you are still able to help the wild birds... What was your allergy to the parrots? Since I adopted my 2nd cockatoo my allergies of sinus headaches have become more but I can at least control that with meds...

  • Hi Colleen, the allergy I have is called Hypersensivity Pneumonitis. Its not uncommon in pigeon keepers, and is potentially fatal with continued exposure to the cause. I couldnt believe it when I was diagnosed, fate can be very cruel, birds are my world.

  • AnnieBirdy, you are a treasure. Bless you for all the hard work you do. It's a long way from Ohio USA to the UK, but I'd love to meet you sometime and give you a great big hug.

  • Dear barb, i hope with all my heart that you visit britain one day! it would be sooo wonderful to meet you!

  • i`m just like you, a lover & carer for all birds. big or small. i hope all birds will come to me when they need help or just someone to be with, just like you. Your my hero.

  • What a lovely comment xVideoGamerx. Thankyou so much! And its always wonderful to know that others out there recognise the true inner beauty of these creatures. Carry on with the wonderful work, the birds need you!
