Clean flash, for the first one. A little advice, which may or may not be helpful; I started working on seven around three years back, and although I learned quickly, I soon plateaued. I was working on running it as long as possible, and while I could consistently get around fifty catches, I couldn't become truly solid with the pattern. So I would suggest practicing clean, short runs at least as often as endurance ones, and above all branching out as soon as possible into tricks. Good luck!

thanks for the advice! I don't plan on attacking 7 balls any time soon. I've been working on just the flash long enough and now I'm going to take a break. and after my looooong struggle with 5 balls, I'm not ready for all of the frustrations with 7. but when I do decide to work on it, I'll keep your advice in mind :]

When pulling off a hard trick you've been working a long time for,, it gives an awesome self-esteem boost and it makes realize it's a very cool thing to be a juggler,,, to live moments like that :P Personnaly, I recently got my first 97531,, and it motivated me to re-start to juggle after a few weeks off! :D
