@119977 He's comparing an upmarket mall in capetown,versus a mall in the cape flats - "Westgate Mall". So anyways, the Coloured-Kid in Westgate says to his mom: "Mommy, I want 'wheelies', playstation, spiderman, everything..." and the mother replies: "Are you F*CKED!!" .. "Get in the trolley, we're going home. You're talking about Wheelies, wheel yourself home!!"

Lol .. "Wheelies" are those kids shoes that have a thick skateboarding wheel in the heel.
