Cedar Point is Amazing, I've been there over 220 times in my life, my first rides was on the carousel at two weeks old. My favorite is still Raptor and Maverick.

I went on Top Thrill Dragster before. I think the scariest part had to be the launch. But that might be because I can't even remember the way down!

The Best Park, did it twice but get the VIP tour to enjoy it all the rides without any wait during 8 hours! You need at least 4 hours to do all the rides without any waiting so imagine if you need to wait!

Topthrill is great but you got Kingda Da in NJ that beat it now, Millenium is the best :)

the first coaster was built in 1892

well actually, no. the origin and idea of a roller coaster actually dates back to the 1400's. coasters were originally known as "russian mountains", cos the first coaster was there. (in the russian mountains) but the actual first coaster with wheels and track was either 1784 in russia or 1817 in france. im not sure why theres debate, but theres been no real conformation which one counted as first. its definetly one of those two, though. the first coaster in AMERICA was 1884 (switchback railway)

Yep! well, although CP dates back that far, at 1870 it wasnt really an actual amusement park. in fact cedar point started off as a place with no rides at all, just shows and stuff. over the years it grew, put in some rides (remember this long ago, the rides were seriously TAME) the 1st amusement park was actually disneyland in 1959, so im not sure how CP made its status to amusement park, but anaheim disneyland was definetly the first.

cedar point was never really officialy claimed an amusement park till later. when i say early i mean 1800's. i know thaey had the coasters switchback railway and cyclone. S.R was their first coaster in 1892, but the park has been operating since 1870 and wasnt official named an amusement park til later on, the idea of an amusement park didnt full come together till disneyland, like i sayd before. cedar point was more of a carnival, so to speak. we just got jumbled up in or communication

Disneyland was one of the first THEME parks. Just because a park wasn't like modern parks of today doesn't make it not a park.

Coney Island? Knotts? Lake Compounce? All officially parks long before Disney came to existence.

Top Thrill is the best. It seems more fun than Kingda Ka purely because of the theme, and that it was the first coaster of its kind. Top Thrill was built in 2003 by Intamin AG. Kingda Ka was built in 2005 by the same company.
