Boy, can this guy sing? In my opinion, he's one of the very best of all time. I just love the range and power. He's very soulful, too, which is very unique for a metal singer. Can you say, "underrated"?

@nealkang Geoff was THE best back in the early days (including when this song was recorded), now he's barely a shadow of what he was, but he's still ONE of the best.

@j800r The best? Well, that's debatable, but I don't think there would be much dispute he's one of the best if you asked people in the know. To me, Geoff is the progressive metal version of Steve Perry, who is my all time favorite rock vocalist. Even though Geoff is a baritone, and Steve is a countertenor, it would have been very interesting had Geoff been hired for Journey after Steve left the band. I'm sure Geoff would have done a great job.

I work in radio, and last year Queensryche came in studio, played 4 live songs, and then I and the band jumped on our Harley's and Buells and rode up to a ski resort called Snowbird, and then went up town to thier show. Coolest day of my carreer by far!!!
