The idea behind weightloss is that you burn more calories than you take in. And do this on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. Eat wholesome healthy foods and excerise regularly and the speed of losing weight is doubled.
@lonnieke Where this "eat less" comes from? what is the science behind this? we hear it all the time; Eat less and or do more, everything will be ok.. Whats the "good" science that proves this to be the solution for weight loss??? If u eat less u get hungry.. if u do more exercise u get tired and hungry.. Calories in vs Out is Point less!! Eat Better Eat Real Food is The Answer!!
Have u read about the Minnessota Stravtion Experiment done over 50 years ago by Ancel Keys? What happends to humans when we eat less and move more as u advice?? The Body Wants Back that deficit we created!! If weight loss was Just about eating les(and not as it is eating Better) we would not have the obesity problem!!! All the best!!
plus im sure u know we got basal metabolic rate activities going on everyday.. we need about 1500/1800 calories from fat/protein foods(they come with vitamins and minerals); carbs do not count for that as they only give us quick energy to burn off!! A Calorie is not a calorie!! Its Called nutrition as its about macro and micro nutrients not Calories!!! If u eat Real food then your body does reconise it, uses it for b.m.r and energy
This Is Tottally Wrong!! If u put less energy In u burn Less energy Out!!! Fat tissues are controlled by hormones like Insulin, Cortisol, Estrogen and others.. Watch and Listen Carefully to the video on Thoermodinamics by Zoe Harcombe!! What u just said Is Tottaly Wrong!! Our Body Is Not A Closed System!! Plus there is a 2nd and 3rd low that Must be looked at!!!
dont forget to tell ppl that they could lose muscle if they dont eat enough calories or protein to feed the muscle during weight loss. thats when the tricky part comes...................calorie calculators and cardio to stabilize metabolic rate
A good way to test this theory is to put two people of equal weight and build on two separate diets of equal calories. One should be raw vegan, and one should be based on the Standard American Diet. Then you can see if this is true. Understanding that their body chemistry might be different, after three months switch their diets with each other and see what happens.... That might be a good idea for a video, if you would like to prove your point. Although its cruel to make someone eat such trash!
I really like your videos, but I think you are oversimplifying this. I have calorie restricted before to 1200 and didn't loose as much weight as on my RAW vegan diet where I lost 1-2 pounds a day and I ate well over 1200. I think that when a food that is natural goes into your body, your body knows exactly how to break it down, but when genetically modified chemicals or hard to process meats go into your body, you can't break them down easily enough and it gets stored as fat.
such bullshit. i know u can loose weight without undereating. I can eat 3000 kcal from sweet fruit and only use 2000kcal and at the same time loosing some pounds per week. Beeing overweight means you have to much salt and much toxemia(byproduct of indigestion) in your body which builds up fat for the purpose of dilluting and storation.

Thanks for your comment. Can you levitate? Neither can you break the first law of thermodynamics just because you eat a raw food diet. If you are losing weight it is because you are in a caloric deficit. Water weight can fluctuate wildly on a daily basis for many reasons, salt intake is one of those. I am talking about losing fat(stored energy). It is impossible to lose fat and overeat, regardless of what you eat. Energy in - Energy out = Your Stored Energy(Fat)--All the time, every time!
i am watching my calories. a banana has 200 calories a grilled cheese has 250, i would eat the grilled cheese its yummy, and my body knows i ate a little nice meal, it works, now i never counted calories in juice soda or fruits, which is a mistake, count everything, thats why water rocks, no calories, it works trust me, dont just eat anything, count the calories,
How sychronistic this is. I was just tell someone today about how there are Universal Laws that most dont realize and used gravity as an example just like you did, LOL. Peace Brother.
It is 100% true! It is impossible not to follow the first law of thermodynamics. Pills and surgery can't change the laws of physics. They are acknowledgements that the only way to lose weight is to be in a caloric deficit. Pills and surgery work because they limit your energy intake and absorption.

Not 100% true tho. Pills like Alli and gbp operations makes the body absorb less of the engergy in the food you eat (so it will be going out again).

I agree. My body needs over 4000 calories to keep my weight stable, so I give it less than that to reduce my weight. Also I eat healthier food too.
