@Aspekitteh well it's not true. In Hungary gays can marching in the gay proud march, they can be in partner status. If you watch our neighborhood (Slovakia, Serbia, Croatia, etc.) you can see that in Hungary they have much more freedom than these countries. In Hungary there's a small minority who protest against gay proud march but in those coutries people always hits the gays on that, and that's why they afraid of marching.

@hpwolf123 Actually, the Teutonic Order was stationed in Burzenland in Transsylvania for a while, so you could say that Prussia did live in Hungary's house for some time, to put it in Hetalia terms. Of course, you are right that the lyrics are not something Prussia would ever sing or have any reason to sing.

That tiny fence between the two is actually a greater barrier than an entire country between Hungary and Germany. Austria is not a fighter. Germany is a heavy knight of the West and Hungary is a light Hussar of the East, exact opposites on the spectrum and fascinating complements.

This is not to say Austria does not have its own talents and virtues; they simply lie elsewhere.
