  • Some of your secrets are like mine. I had to watch classmates get punished and I defended them and got into more trouble. I don't regret that. You are a true gentle man. Love, Hunter

  • great Robby! loved the bit about the sandwiches!!, ive enjoyed watching these videos as much as anything i;ve seen on youtube! *****.......love your stories too!

    Brian

  • Nice video man.. I enjoyed it.

  • robby you are so interesting:) now i have to go see part one hehe! and i have a secret to tell ya but you can only share it with the one you love...will pm ya hehe! hugs shelly

  • i don't put milk on my cereal either!!! i also have a vague memory of a dark classroom closet :(

    i loved watching this vid.

and i love the tony childs tune.

  • I knew you'd like the song. I am also glad that you liked the video. ;) I like doing these concept videos done to music..

  • hehe i got locked in the book room beside the classroom because i was disruptive because i was high strung, funny thing was that was where they kept all the answer keys up on the top shelf so i got to cheat on my work after climbing the shelves to retrieve the appropriate book, while the kids that picked on me had to do the work. hehe

  • haha..that is a funny story indeed! Thanks for taking the time to watch...

    Robby;)

  • Hey Robby, cool to see the part2! And I don't drink milk either.. For many reasons and yea people always react strong when I say that! And even more when I say I drink my cereals with water :))

    Phil

  • Phil! Nice to know that I am not alone in my "milkless cereal"..haha

  • 1st Grade back dungeon-like coat room basements, what is it with them!? I went to a small Born Again Baptist school (11 years!! yikes) - and in 1st Grade, that was where you went to get paddled! I remember one day in the middle of the year we had a new kid, George Montgomery, and our teacher took him in the back and paddled him because he hung his jacket up "the wrong way on the hook" (whoa!) - we knew fear from then on!! lol...

  • Hey Robby. 45?? What, do you have some kind of anti-aging elixir? I don't think I would have lasted long in Catholic school. I've heard stories, would probably been beaten pretty hard then expelled. haha. I think the cookie competition should have been a blind one. People often get too distracted by appearances and presentation. But I suppose sometimes, it's best to just reluctantly play the game. May I suggest mirrors and different levels of elevation? Thanks for the vid, Robby.

  • Josef! You've made my evening with the age comment..you're too much..as for Catholic School..I was lucky that we moved the following year and I got to attend a public school which was excellent and I was no longer in trouble and had no issues making friends..;)

Yeah..I should have made the finals with my cookie! I entered on a dare from a friend of mine..I never expected to make it as far as I did...

Always great to have you here, Josef..

    Robby;)

  • hey robby63, i,m 46 it,s not so bad, great video btw. cool stories .Gordie sent me

  • Hi Robby!!These your secrets are very sensitive!!I believe that in the life all we have had tall and low: L' inportante is to arrive distant with his/her own spirit!!5/5 * a hi from Pino

  • Hi Robby..I enjoyed all your secrets..LOL

Thanks to Gordie for the send!! (5*) Sherry

  • Thanks Sherry!

  • The interplay between words reveals the remarkableness of you, outlined, presented in the mirror of your descriptions, fluttering in your light which smiles and smiles.

  • How can I even respond to this comment except to say that it makes me speechless. Thanks Lloyd..;)

  • wanna laught?

    I dreamt of 8/8/08 russia/georgia conflict.

    In july!

the sandwich one was ROFL!!! love ya robby:)

(something is wrong with YT, send me vids in pm, o.k,)

  • I knew you'd love the sandwich story, Morgan!

  • I was cracking up ROFL! that was awesome

  • thank you robby... u r soooooooooooooooooo sweeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeet... i am 22 and i am 4 years single. i love sounds of walk away coz i never stay and i will kick that "assistant..." butt for you.. thanx once again darling... =)

  • Kiara, I wish you could get your hands on some of these jokers..haha..you always have my back, don't you? I love that about you...;)

  • Hey Robby

This was fun to read.....So many interesting things about you. I think that you are a super guy!

Now..I remeber the spelling Bee, Unfortunately i did not go to the Championships but I did do well. The word that got me was Character...lol..I remember arguing that I did not spell it wrong...But thats life!! LOL

Then i watched 3 people joined me int he loser circle because they couldnt remember how to spell "Laser"...it was a nightmare!

  • cool to know that you were also a Spelling Bee guy, Gordie! Thanks for your support and adding this video to your Week in Review!

  • Robby you should publish your short stories! I bet they're awesome; you're a GREAT storyteller!

  • Thanks Amy..well..I am actually going back through my short stories and reading them all again..so who knows? ;)

  • Hey Robby,

LOL some of your secrets really show your funny sense of humour. I would have died laughing if I showed up to your spelling bee a little late & saw you in the loser lounge already.

  • Thanks Shane..it really was hilarious because most of my relatives are really loud so they were like.."What the hell is Robby sitting over there? Is he sick?"..haha

  • PS - you have the same birthday as my sister. I didn't mean to yell in capital letters in the other comment at that one word but sometimes when people are down on themselves about things I try harder to hammer home the positive points.

  • Tell your sister that I think she is very cool! ;)

  • 45 and you're freaking out? NONSENSE. You've barely scratched midlife. When you replace Hollywood with Washington, you realize that life begins at 50. Compare: Hillary Clinton to Lindsay Lohan. Yeah, I'll take Washington any day over Hollywood. :-) I believe you very much on the sixth sense. It connects with your high EQ and strong right-brained tendencies. These elements don't get the credit they deserve in a patriarchal culture, but I know they are just as strong and just as real.

  • Such insight you have here, Brian...and I can always count on you to get me back to thinking positively again...you're a gem!

  • you should definately share your short storys, maby even put them on youtube! a couple years ago i never even thought about letting anybody hear my music, but then one day my older brother found one of my songs on my computer and encouraged me to pursue music.

also, im really sorry about the school incident, but glad to hear that you got revenge on those kids by eating their lunch haha. im a germ freak, so if i would have been one of those kids that was laughing i wouldnt have eaten thatday ha

  • Thanks Micah..I may just put some of my stories out there, although they would be a far cry from what you write..;) I appreciate your confidence in me, more than you can know..

  • I would of done the same thing with the sandwitches...lol...take care Robby...apeman, peace & stars

  • hahaha the sandwhich thing! i was mischievous in school as well. the letter thing is so cute... from the time i was little to this day, my dad used to write me a note or a short letter and sneak it under my pillow before he went for his hunting trip every year. i loved finding it when i woke up and i've kept them all :) i also have a 6th sense when i dream, my grandma had it also. and i love trains, they remind me of home. thanks for sharing robby!

    - kristen

p.s show those short stories! :)

  • Thanks Kristen..and that is so cool you still have those notes from your Dad..things like that are treasures that remain timeless..

we'll have to talk dreams one of these days too..

yeah..I am thinking more about letting my short stories out..;)

  • I really enjoyed watching this - that's a pretty cool way to disclose pretty cool secrets! :-)

  • Thanks for coming by, Cage..;)

  • very cool, you rock!

  • Thanks Kirk!

  • my window has a train track outside it..i cant even hear the trains go by most times as i am so used to them...they are relaxing i think

  • Yes Jamie, I agree..the relaxing sound of a train really calms me if I feel edgy.

  • my daughter never eats cereal with milk, but she drinks milk.....sometimes. i dream a lot, and very vividly... and have often spent days wondering over the meaning of some of them. thank you for sharing so much with us.

  • Well, tell your daughter that I think she is very cool! haha

And we'll have to talk dreams one of these days $5..;)

  • Thanks for sharing again, my weekend was non-connected to I went about analogue things to do, like cleaning, writing and sleeping!! :)

  • Thanks for coming by, princeword ;)

  • lol on the bite out of everyone's sandwich...I like the passing train thing - guess you can dream about where they are going - journeys, adventures people might be on....I love travel...sigh!! :)

Oh my on the cookie bake off...I love cookies too..LOL...I bake to feel better also...if ever I am baking a chocolate cake - then something has usually happened I really need to recover from...LOL. I have this great recipe for choc fudge cake - it says - 'serves 10 or 1 with a broken heart'...LOL!! :)

  • Hi Sunbeam, my mouth drew open when reading what you wrote about trains, because that is exactly what runs through my mind..like there have to be 100 stories on every train ride..why people are there..where they are going..so cool that you had the same take on that.

    mmm,,your choc cake sounds delicious..

It's always a pleasure to have you come by and listen, Sunbeam..

    Robby;)

  • 45? I thought you were in your 30's. congratulations, you have the "young looking gene".

I agree with the presentation of cookies. Who wants to make them look good, the all come out looking the same in the end.

Great video again Robby, Kudos to you for sharing secrets (I couldn't do it personally) :)

  • Stew! Thanks for thinking I was a lot younger..haha..got to love the genes from my Mom's side..she is 77 and looks 60..

  • Robby, in a spelling bee once I got eliminated on the word 'gymnasium' because I blurted out 'j-y-m...' like a numb nuts!

This was great. (And I'll be 55 in January: As Paul Newman used to say, It's just a number... Of course, then he died.)

  • Not surprising at all that you were also in a Spelling Bee..thanks for the age quite..yeah..I know it's just a number!

  • For what it's worth, I'd have guessed you to be mid-thirties.

  • Really? Are you kidding? That's very cool..;)

  • Ruby! You are great to say you want to read my stories..I'll definitely send you some cookies..I actually made some this weekend for a friend of mine at the hotel who is having a rough go of things these days...talk to you soon..

    Robby;)

  • lol Robby!!!! man I am still laughing about you in first grade. so funny to be hearing that for the first time. I kinda knew all of the others. oh yeahh, thanks for plugging me and our batting cages trips. lol

    justin=)

  • haha Justin..glad that I could even save a surprise story for you, someone who knows just about everything about me..

  • Oh Robby, some of your secrets were soo funny!

Won`t be long until your birthday! Before you know where you are you`ll be reading those diaries! LOL Thanks for this. It was just great! Hugs..Jan and Susan.x

  • Glad that I could make you laugh Jan and Susan..;)

  • This was very revealing. But, Robby, why don't you go back to being a hotel manager if that is what you enjoyed doing? It sounds like an ideal job for you.

  • Thanks Teruko, you are correct to pick up on that point, it is something I am considering very seriously right now...I'll tell you more very shortly. ;)

  • aha something diffrent nice

  • well,i'm almost speechless.just watched both your secrets videos and to be honest they made me spill a few tears.and smile too :) i really wish i could give you an all-encompassing hug right now.forget my lost futile words and know that you are goodness personified.irreplaceable,immovable,ever-changing,uplifting..

  • Gregg, that's one of the nicest things anyone has ever said to me..ever..I am speechless...

I admire you so much as an artist but also as a person..and every word you used for me applies to you as well..and then some..

    Robby

  • Robby, I am so fortunate to have met you here on Youtube, friend! This video is is so good, because you are such a good and kind man. I love the song, I am glad you told us the name of it. I thought the story about you taking a bite out of all the other kids sandwiches was hilarious!

  • Thanks Dave, you are very kind. Of all of Toni's albums..this is my favorite..it's called "House of Hope"

Yeah..I was bad to do that to the class..it was an awful year for me because all of my friends from the neighborhood went to Public School, and I was stuck in this other school with kids who were not nice at all..luckily we moved the following year and my new school was leaps and bounds better and everyone was nice so I thrived instead of acting out.

  • Robby, I bought the song "Heaven's Gate" last night, its a great song, thanks for introducing me to Toni's album! I have one of her songs featured on my channel today. I can relate to the school thing, we moved around a lot when I was young, it was always tough starting in a new school! Take care, and thanks again!

  • That's funny secrets But like mettanc said not secrets anymore. But still secrets sometimes show the kind of person u are and shouldn't be afraid to hide

    love u roby

  • Thanks George..you make me smile.

  • Those were very cool secrets Robby. I liked the batting cage one, I'm a former ballplayer myself. And do something with your short stories, I took the plunge and put my lyrics "out there" and I'm very glad I did. :)

  • Oh yes, Rob,, I loved the song, "Sorry", that you did with Ian. You should post it as a video response here...you are an exceptional writer. I hope you and Ian work together again..

    Robby

  • haha you took a bite of all there sandwiches! :) that was a good one i also love the sound of trains :) the song in the background was so beautiful. thanks for making me smile yet again

  • thanks Anthony..I am touched that I was able to make you smile.. ..;)

As for the trains..I wanted to be an engineer on a train as a kid for a while..now I get to ride a train every day into NYC..;)

  • Robby I sure enjoyed the secret show you seem so cool and happy [Freddie]

  • Robby we sure all have secrets,I at getting old put I dont feel like I am

  • not secrets anymore!!

    u r insanely fantabulous.
