@borden17 He may have taped over the logo. I've seen street photographers do this to theirs. Try it, its amazing how less conspicuous it makes the camera look. And yes I know a big DSLR like this isn't a natural street camera, but some use it and thats what they do to their logos! :)
hahah in the comment i posted i was joking around. the real reason people do that is so that people don't know how much their equipment is worth. this is a rather poor example of this because "40D" is not covered up and i doubt that the part of the shoulder strap where it says "CANON Digital" is covered up. hope that helped :)

they put electrical tape to cover the logo up because they are ashamed they settled with canon.
