Here's what happened:

The problem was THIS:

The producers could not find a network to pick up the show. They THOUGHT they could, but they couldn't. What's worse is the host and casting director signed nondisclosure agreements and they claim they had nothing to do with the project or will just say "NO comment" when in all acutality they were VERY much involved, had everything to do with the show, and have to lie their way out of something they started but couldn't finish.

Unfortunately, the show didn't get a network and no, it never went into production. Maybe someday it will work out though....but in the meantime, we need to just accept that fact and move on:)

y is it like impossible to find this info on the web ive googled it when ive been bored looking for a article confirming wat u say but nothing its like all the info after 2007 on this show just completely vanished its really weird

I heard that this show went into production late last year but filming was then abruptly suspended because of an accident. Has anyone else heard this?

To whomever is really in charge of this show: I have not given up hope that this WILL happen. I choose not to base my own happiness on whether or not it happens, but I refuse to give up hope until I have a legitimate reason to do so. And I have no doubt that others feel the exact same way!

Looking forward to the greatest reality show to EVER hit the airwaves!

Casting directors have told me they would be in touch after auditioning in the past and then I wouldn't hear a word...so this doesn't surprise me. Also, casting directors have no real authority over a show and what decisions are made.

True, but in a way this situation is different. It is not like a job interview where they said "we'll get back to you" and they never do. On the auditioner website, he went out of his way to say the following to everyone back in the fall:

"I don't know how to make this any clearer. I will tell you when the final cast has been chosen."

Only an auditioner, as were many others. But we were promised that we would all be notified if/when the contestants were chosen. So IF shooting began already at any point, then that means we were in fact lied to.
