When one first steps foot onto the grounds of the Crystal Cathedral, it's hard to imagine the peace and calm that surrounds it amidst the hustle and bustle of the world just outside it's location a few blocks from the I-5. I could've spent hours just taking it all in, what a tribute to our God. I'm planning to revisit it again soon.

Compare that with programs to feed people carried on by the CC. Secondly, having an inspirational religious building is not a new idea, refer to Temples I and II in Jerusalem. And last, it's not for you to say what life other Christians should live, that is their own path.

Yes, the tall bell tower is separate from the main sanctuary.....and it is very tall and sounds so beautiful. The modern building is awesome, its where the bookstore is located. The tall building with the cross on top is the Tower of Hope, which is the church offices. There is also a huge family life center. Its actually like a campus. I love this church, it is amazing!!
All these days i thought that was connected to the main building, it was hard to tell through the clips i saw. modern building looks nice, it has that LDS temple type facility access . I want to go there! when i visit America i will :)

I really don´t want this to be a discussionboard.
First of all. I try to live very simple. No TV for excamle. So that more time and money can be spent on helping those who need help.
And atleast 20% of my income goes directly to the poor each month.
Read "The irresistible revolution" be Shaine Claybourne and you will see what life I think christians should live.

Yes, the tall bell tower is separate from the main sanctuary.....and it is very tall and sounds so beautiful. The modern building is awesome, its where the bookstore is located. The tall building with the cross on top is the Tower of Hope, which is the church offices. There is also a huge family life center. Its actually like a campus. I love this church, it is amazing!!

All these days i thought that was connected to the main building, it was hard to tell through the clips i saw. modern building looks nice, it has that LDS temple type facility access . I want to go there! when i visit America i will :)

If you are ever in southern California you HAVE to visit the Crystal Cathedral. It is truly an amazing, unique church. The organ is awesome!! You will be so thankful when you visit. :)

Definitely! when i first knew about this church ..i just felt drawn to it and i kept searching about it all over the net. I really love the architecture, the sermons, Organ is awesome ..really fascinating. Its in Orange county right? i will be visiting the states soon :) will go there and thanks for the info :)

The "tall building" houses the carillon (bells) as well as a chapel and I think it has some offices as well, but it was mainly built as a bell tower.

apostol777 bueno es muy bonita , realmente pero no es catolica es evangelica , ahora como decis que no representa nada para Dios , iglesia evangelica para ser verdadeira tiene que ser pequeña , fea ,de madeira un rancho bueno no entendi su colocacion porque el templo que salomon hizo era mucho mas hermoso lindo , espetacular que todos , una cosa el templo que salomon inauguro tan poco representava nada para Dios por ser grande y lujoso
