You could also use a short throw projector, though they may be more expensive. That would allow you to point straight at the glass. You could probably build it out as a cabinet at that point, to keep kids from kicking the projector. Now you just need more multi-touch apps, like you mentioned. :-)
@yummyr23ocky This guy is Austrian, right? In German (which I assume is his native language), the word for "when" is "wann" and the word for "if" is "wenn." If he had made this video in German, I'm sure he would have said "wenn (if)." So yeah, an error on his part, but I hope you can see that it's an easy mistake to make when translating on the fly from German to English.
very cool idea, but why didn´t you put the beamer and the wii on the ceiling, pointing on your table? If you would use a white paper or something the quallity of the image created would be much better!
@MediaVlog If you point from top and down, you would interfer whit the surface when puting your hand over the board. So doing it from the buttom and up i would think is better. It just have to get the board BIG!!
the mirror is a great idea indeed. very well done. The problem is sitting there and putting your legs inside, its good while standing thou. Another problem is the coloring of the image, if you need color accuracy while working, this won't do it.
Stealing Chng's Lee ideas!?
Shame on you.

Hello!
Would you please send me the links with from where you have bought the glass, the type of it and size.
I am thinking about using PLEXIGLAS® RP, sheet, Grey 7D006 RP.
Also I would need the info about the metal binding part between the table and the projector.
If you could give me that info it would be very nice on your part.
Thanks

:P Easier way - grab a touch monitor and then stick a computer under the table. Make a square hole in the table. Done.

It's called a PROJEcTOR not a BEAMER and plus the cost of the projector mounts up to 400 dollars

You can technically make the table any size you want using a lens.

@crapman41 You're obviously not very culturally aware. Please remember, your language is not the only language.

What kind of security glass, could you provide a link to a website?
Is there a way to make the glass "milky"?
Also, could you use plexiglass?

you forgot about the projector price. which is always pretty expensive

Why can't the projector and Wii-mote be mounted on the floor and projected up to the milky glass? Then you wouldn't need the mirror.
