  • keep working on ur upper-body strength! I'm not a break-dancer or anything, but I know it will help keep you up for longer.

  • when u go for the 2nd flare lean back more it helps

  • Your getting there see your windmills are way better and for your flare just build up some muscle and flexibility then you'll get it your doing the right thing all you have to do is practice don't give up
