I have my eye on a DeWalt DW 745 table saw. Seems to be a good combination of quality, reliability, value, and portability.
Did you encounter any odd problems during the wood cutting phase?
I was also wondering if you needed to add sealant to any of the top joints.

I used 2x1 tanalised timber, got it from edecks. My table saw is a 1500w ryobi. I would definitely recommend makinging one!
