Hello i've strained both sides of my groins and at the moment they dont hurt when i walk howver when I try to strengthen them lightly or anything else they tend to hurt or at times repull themselves. any tips?

@terrencem319 Hello, using the lighweight Bars such as the 10 or 20lb would help the groun injury. If it hurts too much to complete the exercise once you try you will need to wait for the injury to heal more. once you can tolerate the pain then performing these exercises will help by bringing fresh blood to the area when you perform the exercies which aids in healing and it will strengthen the muscles in the groin too. @terrencem319 please have you healed from yur injury ,,casue its been 3 month im sufering from this and its not healing ,,best part is ,,i rest 20 days in a row and pain stays ,,i can walk jog without pain,,only butterfly and spliting leg hurt me near the where the tendon meet the hiip bone near the ttesticule,than you for ansering ,,peace

This looks like it would be a great help for groin injuries, in addition to stretching.
