this is not the way! that actually never happens. go behind one of the stairs like this guy is doing shoot him until his health is down to letter O of his name then grab all the origamis and shoot at the left statue on HIS left in its legs hidden behind the right stairs so it falls over him then go upstaris and use your fury atack when his going upstairs, if you took all the origamis you can do that twice in a row, then just use your tequila time, move around the pilar and shoot him DEAD

i THINK lOK was much harder to beat . in hard- boiled mode you are forced to use all the strategies that stayed unused in normal. in normal you just first do barracle 2 times a row. then collect one more paperbird, do barracle again and his dead.
