metal can be very relaxing i meditate to it on almost a daily basis and staff spinning is a very good way to meditate as well so there is perfect sence in mixing the two i hope you will look into spinning and see how difficult but relaxing it really is :)

Well I learned it all by myself... I don't mean to brag but its true. Just by watching a bit of staff vids on the tube I decided I would try it. I started out with a broom stick (Freestyle Staff Spinning 1)and tried the simple 8 spin. When I got fairly good at it I spun it faster and faster. The I attempted to spin it behind me... I hit my elbows so often they where always swollen. I learned the neck spin from Choson Ninja (check his channel out! ChosonNinja) And now I'm pretty good... enough.
