The only variant in the set is Shere Khan; I like how the boxes with the hats don't actually move when you shake them; it pretty much confirms that you have Foulfellow, Big Bad Wolf or Facilier....and maybe Bowler Hat Guy. For the record, I do *not* like Hook's design.
