That is quite interesting footage. It doesn't look exactly like a ball (shape-wise) to me. I wonder if it could be some sort of etheric being that bounces around, or maybe a spirit was playing around and took the form of a ball-like form? Who knows, but cool capture! @slygirlfanrada Dust particles don't bounce off of steps like a ball, going up them. This definitely wasn't dust. I don't know what it was, but it wasn't dust. If it was floating in the air, not bouncing up stairs, I would agree with you.
