love this yoga, I started only about a year ago and i feel the best I ever felt in my entire life. I can do more things in one day and still feel great. I suffered from regular back-pain all my life but this is also changing. I never thought of myself a coach potato,nothing helped until I tried yoga.

I thank my teacher silently every day for this gift!
