Hello, I was just told about the "salata de boeuf" salad, and found your video. I am vegan, so it was going to be a good Romanian dish for me to try making.. She says it is weird that you put meat in it.

@UraniumMan I don't know who this "she" is, but I find weird someone questioning putting meat in a dish that is named "beef salad". Don't that strile you as weird as well? Also, if you are vegan, any salad with mayonnaise is a no-no, as mayonnaise is made with ray egg yolk. You could try to tweak it and not add meat and make a home-made mayo using ground mustard seeds.
