Watching this gives me the goosebumps, a sign that I really want a Gremlins 3!!! Gremlins was my first ever horror film and has been my favourite film since I first saw it!!! I'd like to see an apocalyptic sequel to Gremlins with lots of destruction, chaos and a bit of military action and blood for thrills and a tense atmosphere!!!

Possibly a fake since you can identify several other films. Although the scenes of the actual Gremlins is a tough one to explain. If it is a fake then some people have a lot of money and free time to create such a scene in the office. The word online is that it is in the early works of getting a green light...

Your right. I just saw the ad with this footage. However I was fooled for a while. It does look like someone filmed it in a theater. I got suspicious when I thought I saw clips from other trailers.
