Hello Seeweed, I simply untied my shoelaces, stepped on the tambourine, wrapped the shoelaces around my shoes and tied them together. Good luck!.

Thank you spis2is, I simply put the tambourine on the bottom of my shoe, untie my shoe laces and wrap them around.
