remember. Also the Ed.Sullivan show was not the "animated" forum. Did you ever see The Beatles videos from this time. They were a little "stiff" as you say. Actually Eric's movements were quite sexy and they definetly evolved as time went by as did all of the groups from that era! I was there and I do remember.

Great serious work but hey let's not be that seious! EXpress it Burdon come on! they could have gotten a few more years if he loosened up! In the sixties the Animals were known to be one of the rare groups "almost as good" live as they were in the recording studio.

And forty something years later Eric still sounds pretty good.

I saw them in Lisbon in 1965 and loved every second of it!
