That's real good. When I was a gymnast I remember seeing on TV Kurt Thomas would hold a V sit and pull his feet under his body with his legs straight right to a straight arm press to a handstand. He did the same thing on one bar of the parallel bars.
hehe you but a pike press is not much compared to manna! Manna is crazy!
So, i was wondering how you guys train that? you just use a temp and try to hold it or do you do a lot of other preparatory exercises? THNX

start with a lot of streching, you need extremly flexible (and yet strong) shoulders. Besides, you have to try V-sits higher and higher and higher...

thnx! I feel my shoulders need to be more flexible to allow a higher active flexibility. Working on that now so... before i die, maybe, mabye....
