One thing to weird people who think The Beatles took heavy drugs. On 'The Beatles Anthology 7' Paul says, 'well i didn't lie then and i am not gonna lie now so here's the truth' and to sum it up he talks about that the guys did take a acid drug but only about 4 or 5 times. and they NEVER took anything else! and since they were close and weren't not doing anything together they knew what every one of the guys was taking! so don't say the took something that they didn't!!!!!!!!

I think this song has to do with politics. The man on the hill is the enlightened person who really knows what's going on., He sees the sun going down(things getting worse), Seeing the world spinning round(the world for what it really is). The Man of a thousand voices, Speaking perfectly loud is the politician who speaks to all without offending anyone, and the man never listened to the people because they are all being deceived by the politician who is tricking them, except the man on the hill
