  • I just passed it

  • I live near here

  • No the real goatman is in Maryland and they call his bridge cry baby bridge

  • yeaaaah i went there, bridge was starting to fall apart and i saw no such black man

  • i live like 5 miles away from this bridge..i remeber driving over it as a little kid to get to denton..

  • maybe it was manbearpig

  • That's what the kkk get for messing with good people hell is waiting for you all that are racist

  • uwah! scary!

  • I mean counterops 34

  • Counterops32 me too but not places though just to see were the creatures were mostly seen and will probably kill me too

  • Isn't he half man half goat that kills those people

  • I grew up right down the road from the Old Alton Bridge & its deffinantly has some history. I've played, fished, shot guns, you name it. But the only thing to fear there is man. Its a dangerous place. Lots things happen there......

  • @Really?

  • @Counterops34 Ya Really, you fuckn asshole! I grew up in Lake Dallas!!! Old school, before all those mother Fuckers moved their......

  • @GENERALJOHNNYREBEL i wasn't doubting your experience I was just curious on what you saw or heard

  • @Counterops34 Oh sorry, I thought you were questioning my authority, lol. Well, a side from things that I'd never admit to knowing, I found plenty of stolen or abandoned cars. Also, I know people who've been raped & or beaten out there, but most of all.....It was summer '96 me & 2 friends where out there smoking weed when a truck parked on the bridge. 2 men got out & desposed of something about 6ft long and kind of heavey. Whatever it was was wrapped in a sheet or blanket. Are you from the area?

  • @GENERALJOHNNYREBEL Not a problem,That location has quite a negative history and those men ding that is pretty shady. No I live in another state but me and some friends plan to check out abunch of haunted locations across the U.S

  • wait in 1967 The mothman was spotted on a bridge when the silver bridged collapsed then the mothman flew away and was never seen again

  • FUCK YOU KKK!!!!

  • 1. maybe he fell into the water.

    2. if you cross the bridge with no head lights, wouldnt u run over him? xD

  • I just thought of a way to make the Goatman appear. Bring a few KKK guys, but have some African-American men waiting in the bushes. As soon as they come closer, me and the African-Americans will jump them, tie them up, beat one to death with a hammer, shoot one, hang one, and the other one to the other side of the bridge. I'm white by the way and I have a problem with the KKK.

  • I love Texas legends. They are the best and the scariest. Anybody heard of Patterson Rd. in Houston?

  • Poor Goatman, he sounded like a really good person. Fuckin' KKK, those RATS!

  • DUDE i just went by that bridge the other day and i thought it was just a cool place to take pictures now i know its haunted AAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! im so pumped

  • @TheTwilightfan21 Thats a whole differant thing on the other side of the country. There are more than one goat man storys, both irrelivant to the other.

  • Hell y\es I live like 10 mins from there!

  • Goat in spanish is "Cabra" so I'll just get the chupacabra on him and call it a day.

  • i've seen a full body apparition in broad daylight hanging from the tree just over the bridge

  • God dammed KKK..... This is what you get....

  • I just got back from this literally 10 minutes ago. Some stuff around the bridge is creepy. White lights but I think that's probably just my eyes. Nothing in the woods though. I still dunno what to think

  • i live right down the street from this bridge nd man tht freaks me out i had about the same encounter as SilkOlive did

  • they found it the same day the silver bridge collasped

  • @LuckyAGStudios with the mothman

  • yea i live in grapevine and hang out in denton all the time im going to check it out

  • I lived un lewisville my whole life and I never even heard about this

  • oh crap

  • Stupid fucking white idiots.

  • damnit fucking white people its all they fault

  • Dude I was scared of this bitch when I was in highschool D:

  • i went there with my sisters and there bfs..we saw white floating lights and heard laughs..than the cops came and warned us

  • Goin there tonight at midnight(:

  • Not even scary...

  • I should cross that bridge without my headlights on : )

  • i live in denton

  • I live like a few minutes from. It. My friend went there it's a hoax. People came out and scared her

  • i went there but i didnt see him but then other people were there :(

  • Wait was'ent that the Cry-Baby Bridge?

  • old alton i live by it

  • @RICARDOSANCHEZA No. That's Goatman's Bridge....

  • @jsn81281 Sorry because i saw in a book that if you stay at the CryBaby Bridge you can hear the Goatman.Details anyways I typed that before i watched the video.

  • @RICARDOSANCHEZA No need to apologize. This bridge is off of FM 2181/Teasley . It's been there for a while, my Grandmother married a fellow about 9 years ago that actually helped build this bridge and many others similar to it.

  • Haha that county pays for ghost investigators, what a waste of tax money

  • Comment removed

  • goatse

  • Ah. Good to know that Paranormal Investigators of North Texas and the Denton County Paranormal Investigators are on casw.

  • HEXONYOU

  • Hexes don't work on me.

  • i had an Account Disabled for Having a Part of this Video on my Account :-(

  • the goatman

  • Aye, he's seven feet tall and shoots fire from his eyes and lightning bolts from his arse!

  • Lmao!

  • Whats weird is that I live near Dallas, Nc, and there was a similar legend about a bridge and the headlights thing, and the name of the road was named Old Goat House Rd. I wonder if these stories have a common genesis, maybe in a much older book of folklore, anybody out there know? It was the same story including the Klan hanging a blackman, only he was hung from a tree next to the bridge.

  • Very well done.

  • this is funny. my family built that bridge and owned all that land surrounding old alton bridge and in the hickory creek area up until they sold it during the great depression. we have live down the road from it on a few acres of what we kept left of the land for generations. the only bad thing that has happened was in the 80's, a girl was found dead there who was raped and murdered. other than that, i go out there every day/night with my horse on the trails. its not haunted.

  • I went there for Halloween :O

  • wtf that isnt the story at all. he was a black goat farmer and klansmen hung him off the bridge but when they looked down at the rope he wasn't there.

  • thats what they just said on the story you stupid fucktard

  • no they said that goatman has 8 hairy legs and big fangs that shot venom!

  • im trying to look for goatman in houston tx

  • wtf! Its only in denton idiot!

  • fuk off

  • i live practicly down the street from it. its all bs nothing is there ex for beuity(spelt wrong i know)

  • no.

  • i live in gainesville tx in its close to tha bridge i heard alot off weird stuff about it ama go one off this days and see if anything happends

  • I'm all for racism, But killing another man for no reason is horrible.

  • This is a different Goatman. You're thinking about the Maryland Goatman.

  • I live in MD Goatman is a famous local legend. Me and my friends went looking for him one night ended up scaring our selves senseless

  • does he only attack white people or is it anything goes?

  • Good question

  • Me and my buds just went over there, it's fucking stupid. Now, we have seen some shit before, like at the LHS football field, but there weren't any weird or odd occurences 'cept for the fact there was a mentally off kid in a group near us... Though you do get a really f'ked up feeling when you're standing at one end of the bridge alone and you're staring back at your friends...

  • i know man, the only way we can see the goatman is if we cross the bridge with our headlights off. but maybe we had too many people with us that night. it sucks though that they have it gated to were we can drive across the bridge. see ya around peck...

  • I used to cross that bridge daily back in the day..

Never saw shit but I did see a lot of HSer's fukin back there

  • Huh?

  • lmao

  • The hole no headlights crossing must be why they built a gate in front so no cars can drive onto it...WEIRD! i had no idea that was the story! We go there alll the time!

  • the goatman

  • woot i went to a haunted site ahhh i went the deepest i could go in the woods lol i saw some mexicans swiming under the bridge

  • Also my teacher has a story about it his father was a scientist and made it but it escaped somehow.

  • Actually the goatman lives in the forest and it feeds on grass and plants but now it depends if its still alive.

  • I've never took any pictures, but the story i always heard was if you park on it on shut your vehicle off you can hear the goatman run. Which is actually just the water makin noise on the rocks

  • I live right by the place. Gone there a couple times, but nothing ever happens.

  • My friends and I go out there all the time, I have also took pictures and gotten the same figure as sneaky's. The old alton cemetary is also scary. I don't really get scared though, I love paranormal stuff

  • hoe

  • I went there today at 9:00 PM. I took about 80 pictures and did not see or feel anything. It was quite a letdown. But, there is one picture that I thought was weird. If you look closely to the right, you can see a face with small white horns. What do you guys think?

  • I have the link to the picture on my account, since stupid youtube won't let me put the address on a comment.

  • The link is right under my age on the profile.

  • E-mail the pic to me over YouTube.

  • YOU DIPSHIT ITS THE GOATMAN

  • I was there earlier today and I will be using it in a video I am going to make.

  • This video is a nice work of fiction... there's no truth to the claims being made.

  • spooky and powerful story

  • omg! i lived near Copper Canyon and used to go there and get high with my HS friends. i think we saw blood on the side of the bridge or somewhere. it was so long ago i dont remember.

  • ok i feel the same way as the guy that made the comment about finding information i want to know about the ppl who came up missing at the bridge and osceer washburn nothing comes up on any search engine

  • Damn christians have to kill everybody.

    RIP goatman, or.. not so?

  • I agree, bunch of kkk racist mother fuckers.

  • i went the other night and that place is creepy as hell if you go over the old bridge and go down into the forest its creepy as hell down there cause there was something with a latern back there but there were no cars near there

  • Lot of satan worshippers [witchcraft} bullshit goes on down there.

  • dude i saw that shit go down, we went down there at 3am, we saw a circle of those mother fuckers in a pentagram, that was enough for me, i got the fuck outta there

  • Im tempted to walk down there with a 5 gallon jug of holy water and put out their fire for the hell of it haha.. I'll bring a .357 just in case

  • ha ha ha that'd be the way to do it, bring the machette just in case tho

  • I go on the Bridge many times it's scary yes but i feel safe on it than most people. What's really fucked up is past the bridge in the woods... Go back in the woods and you will not like what you see. When looking in the back woods from the bridge you see red orbs and figures walking. Not only Goatman but other various accounts of ghost it's fucking awesome of a sick kind of rush.

  • i know what you mean, i been there a few times myself.

  • The Dallas Morning News who has unlimited archives, The Denton County Paranormal, nor The ASUP who has done extensive research can find any information about Oscar Washburn nor missing persons from this area. Would you mind sharing your sources with us?

  • Sorry You Tube malfunction

  • Man i need to find this Bridge, Where is it at?

  • In between Denton and Copper Canyon... Copper Canyon is a freaky small town it's filled with ghost.

  • I remember going there in high school and walking across the bridge with 3 other people...nothing happened, then we started walking in the woods, and when we stopped by the water, something chased us! The trees all shook and it sounded like someone running towards us. We all bolted out of there too afraid to look back. We made it back to the car and all had a good laugh ('cause we thought we were tough, but everyone was freaked out).

  • I totally got freaked out on that bridge. We used to go out there in high school. Spooky
