i love the music of srinivas. im amazed to see the rest of the musicians look so passive and not completely absorbed. but what amazes me most is how ugly i, as a uncultured westerner, find that room to be. how beautiful music comes out of such a drab looking room is beyond me. thanks for the upload, these are wonderful videos of a real master

Joe Morello always looked passive to me, but he is always with the groove. Just b/c someone looks passive doesn't mean they don't care. That Ghatam player was not passive.
