what is this 3dmark , for i just started to download , i have read about it , on the net , but nothing specific information ... what actually is it for , testing or over clocking hardwares or , a tunning software for my video card , and cpu , or ,what is it

this is not extreme, you need a 1920x1200 monitor and yours isnt even 16:10 so it cant be 1920x1200

Its filmed in 4:3 and yes it is 1920x1200 monitor 28inch 16:10 plus look at the date! 1 year and 3 months ago, look at my most resent videos and you'll see the exact same monitor in 720p HD, Oh and yes, it was very extreme for its time.
