  • Hey Chris, which kind of milk is best to drink? Right now I've got skim, but I'm wondering if I should switch to 2% instead; or also I heard that chocolate milk was supposed to be good for mass building because of the extra sugar...What do you think?

  • @TheWorld63 sugar is 100% carbs. that's not what makes your muscle grow. it's protein, the only thing that builds your muscles. carbs are energy and if not burned it becomes FAT. gaining geight isn't gaining muscle y'know :)

  • Love this video CK... there are so many magazine n tv programs talking abt all different kind of suppliments... protein , creatine, NOS, tribulas etc etc and they make it like u need these suppliments to loose weight, be muscular, be healthy. Thx ck keep the vlogs comming

  • BEER

  • this is voice with asdf movie ;D

  • Shoud I drink milk before or after training

  • hmm what about Fresh juices? is that approved during the tsc training sesion or just milk and water?

  • incorrect!!!!! humans r the only beings on earth that drink milk after their infants. our ancestors never drank milk after they were babies. this is because we dont need milk after this stage in life. mothers breast milk is specifically made for infants. same for cows. so basicly we r not supposed to drink milk. cool vid though

  • BWAHAHAHAAA

  • I seriously hope you're not saying milk builds strong bones. It does exactly the opposite. Milk is meant for baby cows, and it extremely acidic to humans especially after pasteurization, etc. It actually leeches the natural calcium from the bones when your body flushes it out.

  • @MrMaryJanes Yeah... and I suppose that calcium in milk is unnatural... and I suppose that all Indians (the ones from India) are weak boned, since their philosophy of a cow being sacred animal revolves around MILK.

  • @smoothMousePad Do some research before you talk. Just people people drink it , doesn't mean it's NATURAL or HEALTHY for humans. You get all the bone building nutrients you need from greens, fruits, vegetables, nuts and seeds. I

  • @MrMaryJanes And what do you consider to be a "research"? Reading some on-line material, written by some unaccomplished biochemist or nutritionist who wants to make a boom in the area by publishing "shocking findings"? My father is drinking 500ml of cow milk EVERY DAY since his childhood. He never broke a bone in his life, never pulled any tendons and is physically active... THAT is what I call research... Life long research. He is 62 now.

  • @smoothMousePad Your dad never breaking a bone is your 'research'..haha ok. Seriously though, the studies you will find are legit on milk. It's not meant for humans. sorry!

  • @MrMaryJanes Don't drink milk... I will drink it. What else can I say? Bye bye...

  • @smoothMousePad Enjoy your arthritis, unbalanced hormone levels/ and or bovine growth hormone, and a host of other problems from drinking milk.

  • @MrMaryJanes I'm drinking milk for 27 years now, every single day (+ cheese), but when I get those symptoms at 65, I'll be sure it's because I am drinking milk and not of old age.

  • @smoothMousePad Exactly. You'll probably get it a lot earlier than that if you are consuming so much dairy everyday. I wouldn't be surprised if you had acne, mucus, etc from the dairy already.

  • @MrMaryJanes That means you would be surprised if I didn't :D

  • @smoothMousePad I'm not going to do the research for you. If you can't use google or your local library, then that's your problem.

  • @MrMaryJanes But how can I do research if I can't read... Please, please help me, I am so lost in this cruel cruel world... Generations before me who were drinking milk and were healthy and strong are all in league against me. They in fact never drank milk, just wanted to destroy their kids with this white poison, so that's why they were making us drink it. It's a conspiracy, I say. Please, trusty researchers, help us see the terrible truth. Milk is the enemy, and cows are in league with aliens.

  • @smoothMousePad You have to understand that milk today is loaded with hormones and antibiotics injected into the cows, as well as the cows eating a diet of other ground up rotting animals, etc. The milk you drink is mostly puss, blood and whatever else passes for milk today. You have to understand that this is allowed because your milk is PASTEURIZED, and can be sold with that shit in it because it is heated to a certain temperature. Maybe 60 years ago Milk was healthy, but not today.

  • @smoothMousePad Also I want to add that pasteurization kills the enzymes in the milk. Therefor if the milk isn't raw(which is illegal to sell raw milk btw) then it has nothing to offer except problems. Also as liomessiFCB10 pointed out, it is meant for a baby animal, not humans. It makes no sense for us to drink milk, and we do not NEED it in any way, shape or form.

  • @MrMaryJanes Well, maybe you don't need it, but someone as active and powerful as Chris (and me :D) does need milk (the magic potion). Mate, listen, I was reading results of so called research that was negative in respect of milk being used in human nutrition 3 years ago, it is full of assumptions and some undefined quasi scientific way of thinking. I didn't fall for it then, and I'm certainly not falling for it now. Don't drink it if you fear some "study" results... I think that's bullshit.

  • @smoothMousePad You're a moron if you believe that humans are designed to drink milk from animals. You get power, definition, and stamina from greens, fruits , nuts and seeds. Not to mention incredible health, and clarity if mind and soul. The studies I am talking about show 99.9% of Countries that consume large amounts of dairy have arthritis, osteoporosis, and a host of other problems from consuming dairy, yet somehow countries with very low dairy consumption have none of these problems. hmmm

  • Milk is actually the most important part of building the muscles.. i agree on that one. but ofc.. u have to eat other shit to.. xD. But awesome vid :D.D:D:D:D

  • @myn4mesux Wrong.

  • @MrMaryJanes Scientists like u think ur clever, without testing the shit. A millions off people Have Got strong of drinking milk the most. have u tried it ? NO ! U've read a book.. ur not clever, kid.

  • How could you take this guy seriously

  • omg am i seeing zack ryder?

  • whats the song at the end

  • i just hope you're talking about raw milk... or you seriously need to do some research. :)

  • what percentage of fat does your milk have ? i can only find milk with 1,5 % or 3,5 % fat

  • @WestBroker I get mine from Safeway the skim milk sold there is 0% fat

  • what the name of the song at the end?

  • That basket is for little kids :d

  • Awesome video! Hilarious :P

  • Ohh Yeah Baby!

Week one of the TSC Herat of a Champion program, already filing great just using the BEST suplements in the wolrd...MILK and....THE STAIRS!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • OHH YEAH VERY CHARISMATIC....

  • haha this is hilarious

  • well i guess milk has low calories...but doesnt whole milk have a lot of fat?

  • What do Tigers drink? Tigerblood! DUH!

  • ow man everything you say is what i'm thinking, my friends that go to the gym say that you should get this and that to get results but i tell them that that's BS and the natural way is the way to go.

  • milk babyy wooooo

  • Hey CK, whats up?

I really like your videos and the way you face fitness in general. I just have one good question to ask you, maybe you can help me. How am I suposed to get 190 grams of protein without suplements. If I try to get it from normal food I would end up consuming a lot of fat or carbohidrates. Ok, skim milk, ckicken, turkey, eggs ... righ... but what else? The last question, how many glasses of milk do u take per day? Cheers man! Keep up the good work.

  • some people say not to drink milk because of all the chemicals cows are given so wtf i realy dnt kno anymore. how much of it do you drink a day

  • i feel like having a glass of milk :)

  • stop say baby

  • MILK BABY!

    WOOOOOOOOOOOOO

  • ahaa calcium with a K !! interesting :S

  • This video is fake, that was not alley-oop.

  • that goal is at a elementrary school lol its like 8 feet tall.

  • raw milk is whats good

  • great protein, lean source, AWESOME AWESOME

  • calcium...is not k? its c.

  • @thedays101 you have no sense of humor do you? or just didnt catch the joke

  • you are the only fitness expert that doesn't use supplements that's why i respect you so much

  • please chris make video blogs questions and answers share your experience with us more

  • if tigers drink tiger milk then why am i drinking cow milk?????/ i dont get this video.

  • @roryconeill lol;)

  • What is the best kind of milk? like skim, whole? stuff like that?

  • @Jheet20 Skim!

  • Skim milk has actually a higher glycemic index than regular milk --->greater insulin secretion ---> greater fat accumulation

Get your milk raw from your local farm, don't buy the sterilized water pus they sell in the stores

  • @mikek241 So true! Pasteurized milk is useless. You need the enzymes in the raw milk to assimilate the nutrients and amino acids. Many people who are lactose intolerant can tolerate raw milk because it naturally contains lactase which breaks down the lactose (which causes the allergies).

  • excellent video. very funny & very creative . Hillarious particularly at the end when you stick a lable on the milk , calling it extreme

    LOOOOOL

    briliant vids

  • Oh No. Goodnight thats right kids you wanna be strong lean and ripped.. and ripped...... and ripped WOOOOH BABY!

  • I play water polo internationally. The Australian Institute of Sport (where many of Australia's Olympic athletes live and train) is sponsored by many companies such as Nestle or Powerbar, for example. However, my nutritionist recommends something far superior to milk.................SKIM MILK POWDER with SKIM MILK. Yeah baby...MILK !!!! Don't get ripped off by the marketing guy, or the clerk at some health food store who got their info from the marketing guy. Nice video...

  • hahaha! what a header!

  • U SHULD TOTALLY BE IN A GOT MILK COMMERCIAL AHAHA !

  • GOT MILK ? lol

  • i think u ment muscle in front of milk cuz thts how u do it tuna straight out of the can with sum muscle milk and workin out 4 3 weeks u will probly be ripped and may improve ur BBALL skills haha!

  • Ok milk stores body fat that is incredibly hard to get rid off you need to beee veeerrrryyy active.

  • 3:10

    LOL

  • hahaha great vid. i started to drink smart balance lactose free milk few months ago, best milk ever tasted

  • Milk is for baby cows, not for humans, human breast milk is for babies not adults, buts its dam tasty, cows milk that is. Its an easy way to get calcium into your system, but green vegetables nuts and seeds is the most ideal way to get healthy Calcium without all that lactose, not as practical or tasty as milk though

  • What's up chris? I need your help. Kevin Levrone came out with a new supplement. It's called Levrone Formula. Is it a scam or does it actually work. Can you look into it for me.

  • Milk is pretty high in sugar though. It has more sugar in it than protein. I wouldn't drink too much...

  • @richardm80 um that sugar is extremely low gi. its lower than fruit so u should be scared of fruit more than milk.

  • @TSuperChallenge Chris you're hilarious, when I get home this fall I'm going to order the TSC heart of a champion program, what does it come with?

  • Comment removed

  • @TSuperChallenge IS THIS FOR REAL I MEAN IT'S NO JOKE?

  • i thought that calcium was spelt with a c not k. but hey thats just me, i may be wrong. but since this is on the internet it must be kalcium

  • So what's the best type for lean mass?

I would guess skim, but I just want to make sure...

  • LMAO U're amazing!

  • can i do this even if i dontlive in america ?

  • @hobbsshouldpvp Yes you can.

  • @gmhippie do you need a gym or something ?

  • @hobbsshouldpvp No, if you have a few dumbells and a pull up bar your set to go.

  • @gmhippie and thats all you need to have to do the heart of a C program ?

  • @hobbsshouldpvp Yes, you need nothing but a good pair of shoes for cardio days and some dumbbells and pull-up bar for lifting days. That and about 40 minutes daily and your good to go! It keeps me in great shape and is much easier to stick with then some of the other programs you may see. And, CK put a very affordable price on it!

  • I'm a healthy weight, but I had lost sight of my 6pac after 5 months on shakes.. So I stop them all together 2 months ago and have lost 4kg without doing anythin extra and looking lean again! Plus I'm still gaining muscle.. Nice vid :)

  • U spelled calcium wrong dum ass

  • @MrBudk22 DA! What a dipstick...you don't think he knows that...COMEDY!

  • Does the name Michael Phelps ring a bell...They studied all the swimmers and found how much money they all spent on "Recovery Drinks" Michael's multipal gold medal run was powered by....Carnation instant chocloate milk.

  • I can tell you this, most of you are over thinking the nutrition aspect..its not rocket sience. quit tring to reinvent the wheel. You should be eating 5 to 6 meals a day.

A good serving of protein with each one atleast 2 fresh fruits and 3 servings of veggies. A glass or two of milk and a ton of water. Get Chris's program it works!

  • @gmhippie A balanced diet is key, but over thinking? Not so much, and it IS SCIENCE besides milk has a lot of sugar as well, so it's not an ideal thing to drink at night or for a snack for some people. Post workout milk is good though because it has a good amount of protein and sugar carbohydrates, that's where it gets the term "poor mans post workout" But there are better options such as, 20g of Whey protein powder in combination to quick carbohydrates (1-1.2 g per Kg of BW) would be optimal.

  • @matzner21 Or you could just eat something that's high in protein with a glass of milk afterwards for way cheaper than protein shakes.

  • @JohnnyExtremer All protein is not absorbed at the same rate (whey>soy>casein), you want to get a good amount of protein within 30-45min post exercise, and for many that's not an option (like me) because it takes them 30mins to get home from the gym, or some hit the gym before work or at lunch and shower at the gym etc... and many brands of protein are cheaper than milk, I'd spend like $50 on milk a month if i used it after every workout, whereas i only spend $40 on protein every 2 months...

  • @matzner21 How is milk more expensive than protein powder rofl. Protein powder is nice and all but that shit gets expensive if you drink 3-4 of them a day

  • @JohnnyExtremer There are very few things your body needs that you can't get enough of from regular eating, the idiots will figure that our someday. And stop wasting thier money...or not. LOL.

  • @JohnnyExtremer I don't drink 3-4 a day just one maybe two, my main focus is on a well balanced diet with good sources of lean meat as my main protein sources. So I don't go through that much considering I usually only use less than a full scoop a day cause I have high quality protein ( 1 scoop = 32g, 30g of which are protein) and I only need 20g. I'd need 2 1/2 cups to get 20g of protein from milk.

  • Also that Muscle Milk has 18grams of fat per serving! WOW

  • @xrisp google skim milk

  • @xrisp The collegiate version of muscle milk only contains 7g of Fat per serving, and the normal version of muscle milk only contains 12g of Fat per serving. Maybe your referring to Monster Mass which has 18g of Fat per serving, but that's not a surprise considering it is a weight gainer. Keep in mind the most protein you should be consuming is 20g per serving, protein synthesis is maxed out at 20grams.

  • @matzner21 Ahhh, apologies - still though 7g's per serving, I'm not really liking the sound of that. Apparently it tastes really good! And also I only found out recently that protein synthesis maxes out at 20grams. I was quite shocked and disappointed too because I've wasted sooo much protein when I look back on previous post workout meals/next day recovery meals. But also I'm thinking the sugar content in Milk is much worse than the protein powder I use, mix it with water works out like 50pPS

  • @xrisp your diet needs to be 20-30% fat, all fat isnt bad, your body does use it, so 7g isnt necessarily bad, Id be more concerned about how much fat u eat throughout the day, post exercise your blood flow and insulin sensitivity is increased so the things that need fat, protein and carbs get them immediately so having fat after workout is better than when sedentary, and dont worry Ive wasted money on 50g protein shakes too, u need sugary carbs post exercise tho, 1-1.2g per kg of body weight

  • @matzner21 WRONG! A normal person should consume that much, not an athlete.

  • @gmhippie Consume that much of what? Carbohydrates, protein or fat? I'm always open to new information (backed up by research of course) so I'd be glad to hear what information you have for me

  • @matzner21 Fat! You should not be consuming over 20% of your calorie intake from fat. Bodybuilders rarley exceed 10% thats extreme, but 15 to 20% is great for most athletes. The amounts you quoted are for regular people(none athletes)

  • @gmhippie Athletes need the same dietary structure, just more total calories, not all athletes are trying to be 10% body fat or less, most live and perform better in the 12-15% range, fat is not BAD, just as long as its polyunsaturated & monousaturated etc, and not saturated fats. A great deal of daily training athletes need to consume up to 5 to 6 to 7 thousand calories a day, and fat needs to be a good deal of that, is 30% pushing it? Yes, is 20-25%? No.

  • @gmhippie The higher the caloric demand the less fat % your diet is going to consist of, but some athletes are only training for 30-45mins a day so their caloric intake would be lower than an athlete training for 90+ mins. So if both need 1000cal from fat the athlete's who's training more diet would have less fat % than the athlete who is training less, keep it in perspective of how Athlete is training. Bodybuilders have different needs considering they go for looks not athletic performance.

  • @matzner21 It doesnt matter if I workout longer then you, we each have a specific calorie burn each day, I dont care if you are eating an elephant or a sparrow(based on your calorie needs)for your total daily calorie intake, if you are any type of serious athlete and 30% of YOUR personal daily calories are from fat thats WAY to much.

    Good luck with that.

  • @matzner21 you are sooo wrong. you burn calories all day. someone who works out 45min a day may still burn more calories through out the day then the 90min person. it depends on the amount of muscle that you have as muscle alone burns calories 24/7, wether or not you walk to where your going etc. etc.

  • @murphy0847 Read my comment from a scientific state of mind, which you might not be about 2 do if youve never spent time reading scientific studies, as in a controlled study my comment would be referring two identical subjects with different training regiments (30-45min 90+min) but same rest periods and same type of training, so yes I am right etc. etc, And of course I know you burn calories all day, there are 3 components to energy expenditure (RMR, Thermic Effect of Food and physical activity)

  • Chris, while trying to get lean I've been super strict with my diet by just eating lean meats, chicken, and fruits and vegetables. For drinks, I only have black coffee in the morning and water throughout the day. How much milk could I add into my diet per day? Should it be skim milk? Btw, I'm three weeks into the TSC Workout and loving it bro

  • Tigers drink tigers milk, Lions drink lions milk, humans drink cows milk... riigghhttt. That's logical... annndd... what if your lactose intolerant lol

  • what is the track at the end of the video BTW?

  • humans actually aren't supposed to drink milk, everyone who is lactose intolerant is actually normal, everyone else just has a mutated gene, milk is not the best drink

  • sugar-free, low carb pure whey protein powder with water........the best choice for a lean ripped muscular body.
