i think allens the heart because in the manga it said that to be the heart your innocence had to be somewhere in your body allen is a parasite type which would make his innocence (possibly) the heart but i highly doubt lenalee is the heart because she's a crystal type which means her inocence is not in her body there crystal rings on her legs so thats my reason for thinking allen is the heart

It never said the heart's user would be parasitic either and they are the main pairing so if they are two halves of the same heart..

It would be ironic though if Lavi's the heart cause he's not supposed to have one.

tecnicly lenalee's crystal type is a parisite type because it was made from her blood which means it is a part of her so... you never know the crytal type may just be a combo of equipment and parisite
