  • leaving poop in their homes!i bet if i was screwed over to the tune of 90%of my investment i too would crap on it...remember the bubble was created long time ago so they could walk out all paid up,there taking the piss!!!

  • I'm hungry now !

  • I’m willing to bet each & every one of us know somebody that's either lost everything, or in the process of losing it all.

In the national media, you'll hear about how the recession is over.

If that's the case, how come I know builders who have a sterling reputation & been in business for over 30 yrs whose phones no longer ring.

If that is the case, how come ? " substitute your own questions as you get the picture "

What will it be, United We Stand or Divided We Fall?

  • "If it's not in writing then it never happened" The Law in N.C. when it comes to Land and property sales.

Even if it is in writing make sure you can read it, jerks will try anything to rip You off.

The Latinos and Asians seen to have the answer for the short term, They are bunking up together and getting jobs with different hours.

So 1 man works days the other works nights, all the kids sleep in the same room and the wives manage the household.

24 hour yard sales are everywhere too.

  • conducting the interview in a place without all the noise/music/eating would be better, looks lke Sam is familiar with some of the scams and gets involved with them, not that the banks, realtors etc are by any means innocent.

  • in the hypothetical situation that I owned a house and it was foreclosed on in this manner, I guarentee you there wouldnt be even 1 pound of copper pipe or wire left in the walls, there would be no screen doors, no air conditioner, furnace, or water tank, no eavestrough, and god forbid the house was sided with aluminum because wouldnt that just be a little obvious. Oh well off it comes.

    To the scrap yard!

  • A mortgage is a contract... not a promise. If keeping a home isn't in the homeowner's interest, the bank gets the home. It just so happens the banks were issuing mortgages on homes that were basically worthless. To a large degree the banks did it to themselves. The shell game could only continue as long as homes kept appreciating + selling.

  • "Cash For Keys" . . . . another lousy hand-out sham.

In the end, they'll be forced to bulldoze communities across the country, because no one will be able to be enslaved in all these cracker-jack box neighborhoods that were built so quickly.

  • i say this collapse will be good thing in the end, get property back to reality so the longest people will need a loan for is ten years and more people will own outright instead of everything being company owned like it is now, (mortgage company that is)

  • Another is smelly cheese under the roof or in the walls. Its no problem when the temperatures are low, but as soon summer is there... bang... Will be impossible to sell the house... LOL

  • Additionally, I'm pretty taken back by the lightheartedness about the damage that is being taught here. This is a true testament to where we are as a society. Damaging property so that someone else is forced to spend more money. Remember you reap what you sew. The bankers are getting theirs now. Additional angst and hatred are only depleting what little morals America has left.

  • What kind of idiot leaves a house that they couldn't afford and tears it up? Regardless of what the market has done. Simply vacate and move on. All this violence and hate is why we are where we are.

  • These videos are much more informative than any article on newspapers. Good work, keep em coming!

  • This is a really good series of videos..this guy is really informative.

  • Wow, cash for keys, what will we see next?

  • everyone likes a smooth exit

  • racism is a sign of retardation....

  • good keep doing your good job

  • im that stupid '' blackass ''you talking about ill pray 4 u

  • TheNewMusicNetwork I noticed that you went to the last few videos George made and say the same ignorant words like Afro-Bozo and Blackass. You sound like a racist turd who doesent have anything better to say. I'm even sorry I had to stoop to your level in the toilette. You're and idiot.

  • I can't say that I agree with people intentionally destroying homes that they are being forced out of, but the anger which leads to that is at least somewhat understandable I suppose. I read an article maybe a year or so ago about landlords in the Tampa Bay Area doing basically this exact thing, gutting the houses of everything valuable before the bank takes over. They were even taking the doorknobs!

  • I heard of many but this completes the list :)

  • Great 'directing' in this video. And you have to do more with this guy.

  • As a taxpayer I would rather pay a company to go in and remove as much as they could and redistribute those assets at wholesale prices to responsible Americans, who's tax dollars covered the shitty people who did this to our country, and at least recoup some money to keep the jacked gov't from printing so much.

  • 1ST PROBLEM - People made loans to people who knew they can't save $20 from paycheck to paycheck. People who made loans should bear the brunt for their mistakes instead of the taxpayers bailing them out.

2ND PROBLEM - now the idiots that knew they couldn't afford the house in the first place tear the hell out of the house so it is sold for pennies on the dollar to further screw the taxpayer, and place the blame on the bank???????

    WOW! that is jacked up!

  • $20 from paycheck to paycheck. Now its from unemployment check to extended unemployment check sans $20.

  • The bailout banks continue to open up new bank outlets across the country but keep screwing people with worthless fiat paper money. Its almost a act of righteousness to use civil disobedience to destroy the banks that screwed the tax payers for bailing them out from due bankruptcy. Its the only way to payback this leach that has enslaved so many with debt.

  • Thats a sweet game plan...move out of the house, someone magically breaks in pours concrete down all the pipes, takes a sledgy to those 5k counter tops and if they are really brazen to stick it to the bankers...burn baby burn...those darn gangs strike again!

  • Good info, thanks, but why the laughter about destroying foreclosure property? Am I missing something?

  • George why do you keep going to starbucks? LOL

  • wireless

  • You'd think if they left an extra mint in the halls it would be a benefit!

Great stuff George. Better than TV.

  • thanks

  • Typical BS, the bank done ya wrong, poow babay, Obama deadbeats at work. ALways somebody else fault

  • only an idiot would defend American Banks after this last year.

  • Geez man. What smart guy you have on this video G4T. I saw the earlier one where's you and him ride around and look at the devastation in Victorville. Again, what a smart man. These 2 vids should be featured by YT. Plus I see him eat smae donut I like to get at Starbucks. Wow, this was the best video. What a smart guy you have on there George. Wow, and I cant believe he is hitby this recession as well.

  • thanks for the kind words, share and rate

  • I use to get that "Why don't you buy a house move out and get married crap" shoved in my face all the time. Now I'm thankful to be a underacheeiver.

  • wait and buy some thing you can waaay afford

  • I will but what I meant by that was. The social climate was like "buy a house and be a man." All this social pressure was put on the man of the house to get out of the apartment and get a house for the misses. Id always get this "when are you going to buy a house" "will you ever own a home" "get a house and get married crap". Now i feel like something was protecting me from it all. Call it God ,fate, or whatever.

  • Just burn the fucker down, LOL! :)

  • These are great videos George. I've been passing your site along to others.

  • thanks

  • i like the singing in the rain

    hahhahaha

great george this is your best work

send a copy to the white house

obama may wake upto the deppression

  • Yum! Donuts!

  • The corollary here must be that those who destroyed homes then made a secondary market for folks who had no intention of doing that. Now someone will pay for doing nothing to the house. Pretty cool deal.

Maybe those people who destroyed homes know more about making money than Obama does?

  • What happened to personal responsibility?

If you don't pay your mortgage - move!

If you don't pay your rent - move!

NO ONE OWES YOU A FREE RIDE!!!!!!!!!

I know a person that has motorcycles, cars, fourwheelers, etc.., blows money all the time, yet is behind on their payments, and is mad at the bank because they are threatening legal action. Why do they or anyone think we, the taxpayers, owe them something and should let them live somewhere for free? It's not right.

  • Why do they or anyone think we, the taxpayers, owe them something and should let them live somewhere for free? It's not right.. I believe our government taught them that.

  • yeah, but a four room house should not be 300,000

  • We are not endorsing anything just reporting on it..sorry if Sam made me laugh

  • The resentment towards the system is because "personal responsibility" seems to only be aimed at the "little people." In other words, "personal responsibility" is being preached to the dumb masses who took loans they KNEW they couldn't afford to pay back. Yet NO "personal responsibility" is being preached to the treacherous Wall St. banks & mortgage companies who INTENTIONALLY marketed shifty loans to those who couldn't pay. They got bailouts & bonuses courtesy of the American taxpayers!

  • Talking about poop while eating donuts. Brilliant!

  • Don't you just love that Donna Reed style music in the background?? No laughing matter, this economic talk though! Thanks George for the info. Only a matter of time before it comes our way here in NC.

  • You know, I don't know if it's right or not, but I almost don't blame home owners for destroying the property. Banks are so freaking crooked that the bank really deserves it.

  • yeah people get mad and tear the place up but the taxpayers end up flipping the bill.

  • These banking criminals have destroyed America.

  • You're just jealous that you didn't become a banker hehe. Yea, banks are the devil.

  • i called payback ive seen them take everythin they gut the house nothing left but walls they even take al the doors and windows and sell them

  • buy a fresh fish and put it inside the heating system....turn the heat on and walk away

  • Donuts=death

  • hey if there are donutz

watch out max kiezzer won't be far away

  • ummmmmmmm donuts

  • I see even though everyone is broke and will not honor their commitments and financial PROMISE they made. Everyone can still rnjoy a $ 7.00 cup of coffee, ( what a joke ) Has no one heard of sacrifice ? We are in the I deserve it generation for sure

  • You are so right Scuba...A man or woman is only as good as their word. Have worked hard for all that i have ...expensive cup of coffee.? for $7 i can buy a whole canister of coffee for that ... interview the whole neighborhood in the garage..they are at Starbucks....Geeezzzz.....People over-extend themselves.cars, dvd's, i-pods,big screen tv's...Expensive sneakers and the next great fad. Be financially responsible people.Destroying a property for your screw-up shows your character, bad one

  • The music sounds like it's playing the store

  • I really like this one too. Interesting convo and the focus on the table. You going to film school?

  • I wish..no

  • Excrement? Feces? And this is supposed to be funny? I reckon there are indeed savages who own homes and make good shakedown artists. Seems Sam knows the routine well. "You can either get me out the "rough way," after I intentionally act like a punk ass reprobate and destroy the property and cost you a fortune OR you can pay me a sizeable sum to leave quietly (like a decent humanoid would do anyway). A fine exemplar of the Bastiat parable (Broken Window Fallacy).

No wonder the country is doomed.

  • you need to lighten up man

  • tell the bank you plan to fill the vent pipes with concrete

  • Kash for keys to go down to the locate eatery and getting some yummy food!

  • Hahaha! Cash for Keys!

  • WOW!! This is riviting!! Cash for Keys?! Holy Cow. This is the 'end' of civilization.

  • It's true, one must always get these kinds of things in writing.

  • The cafe music suits this video perfectly too!!! ha ha ha!

  • This is the funniest damn video I've seen yet!!! What a helluva riot that would be in my area!! XD

  • Oh, I thought it was "keys" of something else....hehehehehehehe

  • wow George...what a good series!

Good to see you back at it....

my goodness, concrete in the toliet!!! the people being evicted are getting pretty upset about things huh? that's crazy.

Weird to think that the banks are now begging people not to tear up these forclosed homes by waving the cash flag.

  • LOL... another great report. BTW, how's the H1N1 acquisition going? =)
